St Mary's Church, Barton-upon-Humber Church Hall
The Church Hall (kitchen and Wi-Fi available) may be booked for private and community hire, subject
- St Mary's Church Hall has a capacity of 60 persons maximum (fire regulations).
- The rate is £12 per hour. There is no extra charge to use the kitchen for the making of drinks
- Half an hour both before and after the booking is included for setting up/clearing up.
- For full use of the kitchen a single flat fee of £20 is levied, which covers all of your booking (one hour with kitchen = £32, two hours = £44, three hours = £56, and so on).
- Wi-fi is available on request (a modest fee may be charged), as is a projector. We cannot guarantee the availability of the internet, but the service has proved reliable.
A copy of our terms and conditions will be provided on your making a booking, and a signed acknowledgement of receipt and compliance will be required when you collect your key. This is to ensure compliance with fire, safeguarding and similar regulations.
Payment is usually in advance of a one-off booking; details of how to pay will be given beforehand.
